Terms and Conditions for Website, Email, Domain Hosting, WordPress Maintenance, Domain ID Protection, and Site Scanner Service

1. Agreement: Your use of our services constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Hosting: We provide website, email, and domain hosting services as a reseller of servers owned and operated by third-party providers. While we strive for uninterrupted and error-free service, we cannot guarantee it.
3. WordPress Maintenance: We provide maintenance services for WordPress websites, including updating plugins and the WordPress database. We will also fix any issues that arise from these updates to ensure your website remains secure and up-to-date.
4. Domain ID Protection: We offer domain ID protection services that replace your contact details with generic ones in the Whois database to safeguard your personal information.
5. Site Scanner Service: We offer site scanner services to detect and remove malware and other security threats from your website. However, as we are a reseller of third-party site scanner services, we cannot guarantee 100% protection against all threats.
6. Fees: Our fees are clearly stated on our website and are subject to change at any time. You will be notified of any changes before they take effect.
7. Payment: Payment for our services is made through Stripe payment processing and is based on monthly subscriptions with a minimum term of 12 months. Payment for the first month must be made in advance, and subsequent payments will be charged automatically on a monthly basis until the end of the subscription term. Our company, Black Tusk Marketing Inc., operates in British Columbia and accepts payment by credit card. Cancellations are accepted with 30 days’ notice, and a prorated refund will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription term.
8. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate our services at any time, without notice, if you violate these terms and conditions.
9. Liability: We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or any other financial loss.
10. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.
11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company, Black Tusk Marketing Inc., is based, which is British Columbia, Canada.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. We will give you notice of any changes before they take effect.
13. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between us and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between us.
